Customer Reviews

We cannot be more pleased with the service that we received from Paver Mac. From the start with the quote to the timing, delivery and the end product was fabulous. We recommend them highly!

Very good experience from Rachael in Sales, Brian in Service, Mike in installation supervision and the excellent install crew.

I couldn't be happier with Rachael at Paver Mac and the company she respresents. They are incredibly organized and clearly experienced. Rachael always goes above and beyond to make everyone feel that their job is #1. Thank you!

Paver Mac provided excellent support as we chose the pavers for our patio redo. They began installation promptly and completed a professional job in short order. And they were the second lowest bid out of 5!

Let me preface with this, Do not believe any of the negative reviews. This company and it's talented staff are top notch. Our lanai was in desperate need of a transformation and a small extended area and these guys hooked us up. Timely workmanship, attention to detail, reasonable pricing and most important, honesty during the entire process. Our outside area was extremely saturated with water due to drainage issues. The crew told us that as much as they would like to complete the job, it wasn't necessarily a good idea due to the wetness of the area. PaverMac agreed to bring out some permeable stone, re-excavate the area and make sure the ground was where it needed to be before laying pavers. That went a long way with me and it was then that I realized we made the right decision hiring these guys. Long story short, our lanai and extended lanai looks beautiful and we are extremely grateful. "Boat" Crew #1 is your one way ticket to a beautiful and professional result. Thank you PaverMac! Great Job!

Super positive experience with this company! Cody came out to do our estimate, he was friendly and kind and sent a very reasonable quote a few days later. Project supervisors Mike and Freddy were super attentive to our project, both went well above and beyond to make sure we were pleased. The patio is just beautiful; we are thrilled with it. I don’t think we’ve ever been treated this well by a company. Thank you!

Without a doubt we made the best decision to engage PaverMac for our driveway paver project. From start to finish, every individual we spoke with was nothing but professional, courteous and genuine. We were kept informed throughout the project, start date, demo, and install. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was tremendous. I can't say enough about PaveMac and would not hesitate for a moment to refer PaverMac to family and friends. If you are searching for a company that does what they say they will do and deliver on their promises, PaverMac should be the company you hire for your home project. Thanks to all the PaverMac staff for exceeding our expectations.

We just had Paver Mac install marble pavers for our extended lanai. The project went seamless, from meeting Rachael at our home to picking out the material at their showroom. Installation, cleaning and sealing was done by professional crews who explained each step. A really great job was done.

In our line of work, we value detail and reliability – Paver Design, Installation & Sealing delivers both. Proud to recommend them from Team Ocean Breeze Cleaning.

Paver Mac is fantastic! Cody’s communication is some of the best I’ve ever had dealing with a service company. 1000% recommend Paver Mac!

PaverMac was referred to me by our former HOA President. They did the pavers at our community pool as well as several homes in our neighborhood; this made them a perfect fit for my driveway project. Rachael came out, helped me with a plan and the result could not have been better (as evidenced by my neighbors' compliments).

Awesome company and crew!

Jonathan and his crew treated the paving project as if it was their own home! Awesome artistic and creative work. From site assessment to clean up, my wife and I could not have asked for a better experience and outcome! Well done Paver Mac!

As of this post I am encouraged that this company stands up and takes responsibility when things don't turn out to quality standards. My wife and I are hoping and trusting that Paver Mac comes through for us. We hope to follow up with another five star customer review. Happy Veterans Day to all my fellow veterans! Its now been 53 days that my wife and I have been patiently waiting for Paver Mac to complete their portion of our Lanai project. We've had representatives from Stone-Mart in Sarasota as well as Paver Mac here at the same time both agreeing that the Silver Shadow Marble that was installed was of very poor quality. After several weeks trying to obtain more of this marble two crates were delivered by Stone-Mart but of the same poor quality. The representative from Paver Mac stood behind his company's reputation for quality refusing to install the marble. My wife and I are hopeful that Paver Mac will without delay remove all of Silver Shadow Marble and replace it with Tayla Grey Marble. I'm removing one star at this time. ( My friends say I should remove more).

Fantastic Job Paver Mac! We appreciate all your doings to make our backyard patio beautiful. From beginning to end, you were a pleasure and meticulous. I absolutely recommend you for pavers! 435 sq ft and you completed it on ones day! Unbelievable! You earned our business now and for the future. When you are ready for pavers, these are your people. Professional, great customer service and honest.

Kim went above and beyond to help. We needed to find matching pavers from a job 12 years ago. After going to the original installer and finding they no longer do pavers, we tried big box stores and other retailers with no luck. Kim found us exactly what we needed in two days! We thank you Paver Mac and will come back to you again in the future.

Great crew. Extremely fast work. Prompt follow up on minimal punch. Recommend.

Tony and his crew were top notch. Professional craftsmen that took their time to produce a beautiful paver deck on our extended lanai. One can hire no better paver company than these LOCAL pros.

Paver Mac did an excellent job replacing our lanai pavers with Travertine.

Excellent!! Jason and his crew were exceptional! Very professional. Pool deck and lanai cleaned and sealed. Looks fantastic. PaverMac met and exceeded our expectations! Job well done!

All around great experience. I appreciate their communication and their professionalism.

Had repairs done to driveway and pool deck at our Condominium Complex on LBK. While here they also worked on several trip hazards and replaced a pool skimmer. Staff is courteous and professional. Excellent work, very timely, and reasonably priced. Can't wait to proceed with some major work later this year! Highly recommend!

Paver Mac transformed our house today! They installed Ledgestone on the front and it is AMAZING!!! Can't say enough about Tony and his crew. Workmanship is fantastic. He was at our home every morning and cleaned up every single day!! If you want a paver company that takes pride in their work and treats their customers with care - call Paver Mac!

Great customer service. Helped us immeasurably!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Carefully explained everything to me and showed me the different options on colors and styles. Highly recommend them!!

Great company. They did work for my aunts house. She asked me to give the review since she doesn’t use social media. Seating benches with a fire pit. It’s very beautiful. 10/10

I highly recommend Paver Mac . They did an amazing job remodeling my pool patio and creating an awesome outdoor seating area with firepitI. I will not hesitate to use them agaiin.

Great company with integrity! We recently had their team expand our driveway, replace our paver front stoop, and repair and expand our existing patio (also put in footings for future cage). They asked for no $ until pavers were delivered and the balance on completion. The installers did beautiful work. The design of the curved driveway expansion makes it look like it should’ve always been there. The repairs and expansion to the existing patio are seamless - you’d never know it wasn’t all brand new.

Paver Mac created my driveway, path to my side yard, walkway to my back yard and the entire patio. The crew is incredibly talented to be able to make a plain Jane front yard and patio into a classy paver yard and patio. They were attentive to my vision, worked quickly, and corrected a pre-existing pooling problem on my patio. They are showing that same quality and attentiveness while sealing all their work this year. Thank you Paver Mac. I could not be more satisfied with your work.

Great quote, great responsiveness and amazing execution! We needed to upgrade our driveway, walkway and front porch….so we reached out for a quote from a few companies. Paver Mac came in low and my husband was afraid they might be low quality so we went to their show room in Venice. Kim met us and it was obvious she knows her stuff. We found a style paver we like placed the order and we were told due to supply it would be months. However weeks later we got a call that our pavers were IN! See the amazing results! And we we’re thrilled with the installation too! We are super pleased and highly recommend!!!

Love my patio and driveway.

The crews worked focused on the task and did not waste any time doing an excellent job! We are very happy with the design decisions they made around palm trees and entryway. The cuts and cement edge carefully done.

Have done two projects with Paver Mac and referred out to several people and have been more than satisfied. Prices are more than Fair and they communicate and show when they are scheduled. Crews have been professional and the owners Al and Tracy are wonderful to work with. They help with ideas and planning to make the project the best it can be!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Very professional. The entire staff of Paver Mac has been wonderful and extremely helpful! I normally would not write a review on a company but my experience has been exceptional. After they completed the repaving of my new property I wanted to extend walkway and they came the next morning and had it done. The entire process was smooth. Everyone was nice and trustworthy and on top of everything. Affordable pricing. Thank you Paver Mac for everything I truly cannot thank you enough.

Their work is outstanding. We interviewed many other paver companies around sarasota county and they by far had the best work and customer service. 10/10 WOULD recommend.

Paver Mac just complete replacing wall units around my planters. What a difference! Changed the entire front of my property. Crew was timely, friendly and professional. I highly recommend them!

Our pavers hadn’t been touched in years.. I did the research.. 4 different companies. Chose Paver Mac .. so glad I did. Not only did I get a great job.. but everyone from Alicia(sets up the job) to the workers were terrific, pleasant and understanding. Repairs, the job itself and the integrity of the people have lead me to take the time for this review..call .. you will Not be disappointed!

My driveway and walkway look great! I'm extremely happy!! The crew was excellent and went out of their way to make sure the job was done correctly. They were here to please, and that's what they did! I will be using Paver Mac for my pool area and back walkway in the future.

They expanded our pool deck and did a wonderful job. They marched the existing pavers great and it the workmanship was great. Thank you for the new deck, our neighbors love it too.

We had Paver Mac remodel our pool deck. The main team, JP, Rock, and James were wonderful. They worked hard throughout the job, and their effort resulted in an amazing finished product. They even helped me put our lanai furniture back in place. We couldn’t be more pleased. Paver MAC has my highest recommendation.

We are so happy with the patio and fire pit Paver Mac installed for us. Everyone has been professional and courteous. The work is quality and done in a timely manner. We highly recommend Paver Mac so much, that we are having more work done by them!

Prompt & courteous! I needed a small patio out back and didn't have to wait. Thanks PaverMac!

These guys are amazing, from sales and management and even installation a top notch company all the way around. My house has a completely new look with the driveway and walkway installation performed by Paver Mac. I have worked in construction for many years and in Southwest Florida finding reputable companies seems challenging, but with Paver Mac you won't ever need to worry about that. I highly recommend them.
