As of this post I am encouraged that this company stands up and takes responsibility when things don't turn out to quality standards. My wife and I are hoping and trusting that Paver Mac comes through for us. We hope to follow up with another five star customer review. Happy Veterans Day to all my fellow veterans! Its now been 53 days that my wife and I have been patiently waiting for Paver Mac to complete their portion of our Lanai project. We've had representatives from Stone-Mart in Sarasota as well as Paver Mac here at the same time both agreeing that the Silver Shadow Marble that was installed was of very poor quality. After several weeks trying to obtain more of this marble two crates were delivered by Stone-Mart but of the same poor quality. The representative from Paver Mac stood behind his company's reputation for quality refusing to install the marble. My wife and I are hopeful that Paver Mac will without delay remove all of Silver Shadow Marble and replace it with Tayla Grey Marble. I'm removing one star at this time. ( My friends say I should remove more).
Had repairs done to driveway and pool deck at our Condominium Complex on LBK. While here they also worked on several trip hazards and replaced a pool skimmer. Staff is courteous and professional. Excellent work, very timely, and reasonably priced. Can't wait to proceed with some major work later this year! Highly recommend!
Great company with integrity! We recently had their team expand our driveway, replace our paver front stoop, and repair and expand our existing patio (also put in footings for future cage). They asked for no $ until pavers were delivered and the balance on completion. The installers did beautiful work. The design of the curved driveway expansion makes it look like it should’ve always been there. The repairs and expansion to the existing patio are seamless - you’d never know it wasn’t all brand new.
